“the solar kitchen” - On the top of the building in this photo is a giant mirrored dish that is used to generate energy from the sun to heat food in this cafeteria (supposedly 1000 meals per day). The food is quite good - healthy, again, vegetarian and bountiful (though Jecca finds it kinda bland). It’s all very co-operative: buffet style, and you’re supposed to bus and wash your dishes.
