All over India, but especially in Tamil Nadu, we’ve seen large posters advertizing political parties using pictures of the politicians. I guess that they have responsible looking faces (Jecca claims they use pictures to attract illiterate voters). Sometimes there are similar posters for schools, featuring pictures of the top students along with their marks on the national tests.
