A truck of people singing and playing music - amplified with big loudspeakers. They were driving very slowly along the road next to the beach, collecting donations for the blind (I think). We gave them 10 rupees ($.25 - which may seem like a pittance, but that’s a quarter of the daily income for many people in India).
