No justice, no peace! Police off the streets! - The anti-capitalist bloc at the RNC protest on Labor Day - chanting “No justice, no peace! Police off the streets!” In this clip, you can see a line of dozens of cops in riot gear, blocking off the side streets on the march route. We might have pissed off the police with chants like this, and they took it out on us after the march when they brutalized and arrested hundreds of us. Obviously they were not listening to our chant, because they were ruthlessly unjust in their denial of our rights to speech and assembly, and in their beating down and arresting the press and medics.
